Refund for Training

Full Refunds are available up to 30 business days prior to the class start date. For any refund requests made within less than 30 business days, students are eligible to transfer their paid registration to a future class.

Any students who wish to reschedule their class within 2 weeks prior to the training date or fail to attend a scheduled class without prior approval will be subject to a USD$200 processing fee to reschedule their training class. Cancellation Policy

DailyAgile may cancel a class due to low attendance up to 10 business days prior to the start date. Classes may be canceled due to unforeseen weather conditions or unforeseen emergencies. Should your course be canceled by DailyAgile, you will be offered registration in a future class or a full refund.

Any refund request, with respect to the cancellation of a class where an alternative option cannot be provided by DailyAgile, will be processed within 30 days from the date of request. DailyAgile is only responsible for class tuition fees, not travel, transportation, or hotel arrangements.
